Delete Your Tydified Account
Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Tydified and sign in.
- Go to the More tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and family data are permanently deleted.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email support@tydified.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We will verify your request and delete your account, typically within 7 days and no later than 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- your account and profile (name, email/authentication record),
- your family and its invite code,
- all child profiles (names and birthdays),
- all chores, assignments, rewards, redemptions, points balances, points history, streaks, and goals, and
- your activity history.
This action cannot be undone, and deleted data cannot be recovered.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, or accounting reasons (for example, records of a transaction). Routine backups are rotated on a schedule and then purged. Subscription/billing records held by Apple or Google are governed by their policies — deleting your Tydified account does not cancel an active subscription.
Cancel your subscription separately
If you have an active Tydified Plus subscription, cancel it in your App Store (Apple ID → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) settings. Deleting your Tydified account does not automatically cancel billing managed by the app stores.
